Shipping policy

Order Processing
- Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.
- Processing times may extend during peak periods or restock cycles. 7 to 21 days 
- Once dispatched, you will receive an email or text containing your Australia Post tracking number.
- Orders containing pre-order items will be shipped once all products in that order are in stock.

Shipping Methods and Delivery
- All parcels are shipped via Australia Post Express for reliable nationwide coverage.
- Platinum Peptide guarantees dispatch, not delivery. Once your parcel is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or delivery errors outside our control.
- Orders are shipped only after payment confirmation has been received.
- We have standard labelling with product name. The mg is stipulated upon your purchase.

Shipping Costs
- Flat Rate: $19.99(Australia Post Express)
-  Free Shipping: Automatically applied to all orders over $500 AUD
- Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched.
- Global shipping for all our products except injections peptides. 
- Global shipping is $33.33 flat rate



Tracking and Delivery Issues
- Tracking details are sent upon dispatch. Please ensure your email address or number is entered correctly at checkout.
- If your parcel is marked as “Delivered” by Australia Post but you have not received it, you must contact Australia Post directly to lodge an investigation.

Platinum Peptide is not liable for:
- Delivery delays caused by the courier or third-party logistics
- Parcels lost, stolen, or marked as delivered
- Incorrect addresses entered by the customer at checkout
- If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address or failed collection, the buyer may be required to pay a reshipment fee.

International Shipping
We currently ship within Australia only.
International orders are not supported due to regulatory and customs restrictions at this stage.

Pre-Orders and Backorders
- Products with an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) are classified as pre-orders.
- Estimated dates are approximate and subject to change based on supplier schedules and import logistics.
- Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped together once all products are available.
- Customers will be notified via email if delays exceed the stated ETA.

Lost or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, customs rejection, or failure to collect, Platinum Peptide will contact the customer to arrange redelivery.
A redelivery fee may apply. Refunds are not issued for parcels returned due to customer error.

Liability Disclaimer
- Platinum Peptide is not liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.
- Our responsibility ends when the tracking status indicates that the parcel has been accepted by the courier.
