Lost or Returned Parcels
If a parcel is returned to sender due to an incorrect address, customs rejection, or failure to collect, Platinum Peptide will contact the customer to arrange redelivery. A redelivery fee may apply. Refunds are not issued for parcels returned due to customer error.
